k, ya, sorry... but other than you adding joints to the picture of a King of clubs/spades, the only customization you did was replacing the spade/club with pot leaves (not trying to insult you at all; just making a point). Aside from the pot leaves, it's a regular image of a playing card. As you can see, I got rid of the joints from the pic. So the only thing I really copied/used from your submission was the leaves. same concept as yours (making it a stoner playing card), but not entirely the same image. we both used playing cards, but neither of us has copyright to that. you added joints, I added bongs and bloodshot eyes. correct me if I'm wrong, but your complaining would be the same as someone creating an Alice in Wonderland fan-artpiece of the Cheshire cat, and then complaining that someone else also submitted a picture of a Cheshire cat. just 'cause it's the same subject matter, doesn't mean they totally stole the person's idea/image.

and heck, as far as fan-art goes, I doubt many people (on DeviantArt)ask the rightful owners of copyrights for permission to use the characters 'n' such. hence why it's called *fan* art. they're obviously not claiming it as their own creation; they're just paying homage...or something...as I did to you I did not mean any disrespect by not asking your permission.
